Burane XL is the versatile laser system working with a wavelength of 2,940 nm for laser peeling, skin resurfacing and skin rejuventation as well as smoothing out of scars and removal of skin changes.

Applications

Removal of the upper skin layer (stratum corneum) after damage due to environmental influences = laser peeling (also available with BURANE). Skin resurfacing (ablation of the upper skin layers) can be performed with or without the coagulation mode and besides renewing the skin, can lead to collagen tightening in the deep skin layers. Fractional Treatments (FX4 or FX12 upgrade required) During fractional treatments, only microscopically small areas of the skin surface are exposed. Wound healing proceeds faster, starting from the untreated areas. The rest period for the patient is shortened.
